Little Laundry Helper

Ginger : Its the weekend and I am helping Mummy with the laundry.

Ginger : I need to make sure all Mummy's laundry smell of me.

Ginger : I know.  I am such a good helper.

Garlic : Ooo.... this is so nice,  I wanna bury my face in it.

Garlic : Yum yum....lick lick lick....

Garlic : I can do this forever......

Ginger : Hhmmmm......

Ginger : Yummy!  Lick Lick Lick...

Ginger : I am gonna get all my fur in it!

Ginger : Oooo..... I am in heaven.

What is it?  Its Silvervine!  It was introduced to us by Cathy and we bought it from Daiso for RM5.00.  We just sprinkle some of it on the scratching board. The Spice Cats loves it better than catnip!

Ear Check-up

Ginger : What is the dog doing in the house again?

Ginger :  Hmmmm.... your ear smells funny.

 

Ginger : Let me clean it for you. We can't have dirty ears in the house!

Ginger : Your ear tastes funny too!

Ginger : Better clean myself now....

Ginger normally complains when Winter is in the house or gets too near to her.  But occasionally, she does show her affection towards Winter.

We are back and Pretty Present!

Mummy finally sat down and got our blog in order!  Its about time!  Mummy also made a very nice background and banner from our photos!   

While mummy is working on on our blog, we made sure we look our best by having a lot of sleep!  Now we can show our pretty faces to the world again!

Someone gave mummy a pretty present.  Mummy said it was from an old friend whom she has not met for a long time.

Garlic : Hmmm...... new Spice Cats?

Garlic : But they don't smell like cats.

Ginger : They look funny as well.  And they don't have fur.

Garlic & Ginger : ***Not impressed***

But mummy loves the present.  She thinks its lovely!  Thanks Elizabeth!

All settled

I know I have been really bad at keeping this blog updated, but its been quite a crazy few months. But everything is settled at the new place. The kids are especially happy with the new house.

Everybody like hanging out on the sofa.

Nothing like an afternoon nap.

Even the princess is happy and is extra sociable.

Yippie! New Bed!

The new bed has arrived and guess who loves it best? Yes, the Spice Cats!

Ginger : ZzzzzZzzz.... The new bed is so soft.....

Garlic : Soft! Soft! I just wanna bury myself in it!

Ginger : This is heaven.....

Garlic : Ahhhh..... bliss....

MOHAWK!!!!

Cathy asked me whether I would like to try Mohawk on Ginger. I said why not, as long as the fur is short, just like Ginger likes it. So here is the result. I think its pretty cool!

This is how it looks like. She hardly notice the fur on her back and it doesn't bother her.

We're Back!

I know we have been quiet for awhile now. The Spice Cats is just not complete without Sesame. Thank you everyone for your condolences and also everyone who has been asking when my next post will be. We have been mourning for about 2 months now, and although we still miss Sesame terribly, we are back :-)

The photos are taken about 2 months ago, a few days after Sesame left us. It reminded me so much of him, as he is normally the one who loves flowers.

Ginger is obviously more interested in the grass than the flowers or teddy bear.

Ginger : Hmmmm..... yummy! Munch.... Munch....

New Haircut

Last Saturday, Sesame and Ginger went to Cathy's for their new haircut.

Sesame : It feels weird. I feel.....so much lighter that I am not really used to it yet.

Sesame : Cathy and Mummy said I got beautiful spots.

Ginger, on the other hand, absolutely LOVES her new haircut.


Ginger : Am I the cutest little princess?

Ginger : I am pretty sideways too.

2 more lions

Last Sunday, Garlic and Pepper went for their fur-cut! Thanks Cathy! Now I officially have 4 little lions in the house and 70% less fur flying around the house, though Sesame's and Ginger's fur is growing back fast.

To my pleasant surprise, Garlic look very regal, as always.

Sesame, on the other hand, stayed away from Garlic and Pepper. He also hissed and growled whenever they come near him!

Well, Sesame is not the only way with the tummy..... I wonder if Pepper and Garlic have it. We will know soon....hehehe......

Little Lions

Its shedding season again and I just could not manage all the fur flying all over the house. So I sent Sesame and Ginger to Cathy to get the lion cut done.

If you have not seen my previous posts about lion cut, this is how it looks!


You can see how round Sesame is after the lion cut.


Both of the seems to love their new fur-cut. And now that their fur is so short, they are allowed into my room.

Sesame slept all day long!

Ginger loves her new fur-cut so much that she totally forgotten that she is supposed to be mad at me!
