My parents adopted Scooter from SPCA about 3 weeks ago. He was extremely quiet and shy at first but slowly accepted his new family. Although he is still very quiet, compared to Winter, he is much more confident and happy now.
Hello, my name is Scooter.
Took my parents 2 weeks to introduce Scooter to Winter. To my surprise, after 2 weeks, Winter accepted Scooter as part of the family. Winter who hates all dogs and who will try to kill all dogs that come into her path. I think she somehow knows that Scooter is going to be part of the family. She sometimes help clean Scooter's ears too.
And they share food, when they visit each other (My parents stay 3 houses away).
They absolutely love playing with each other. Winter is of course, the hyper-active and dominant one, while Scooter is always so gentle.
Good Boy. I am your big sister. You are gonna listen and obey me from now on.

What sweet photos. I am glad Winter has a buddy. I can't get over how much Winter looks like my dad's dog Sparky. Sparky is just a mess. He has the funniest stories of that dog...is Winter like that too?

Winter an' Scooter kinda remind me of Rascal an' me. Rascal didn't like other kitties an' Mom was worried that him would be mean to me. But him was more innerested in my food than in me so efurrything worked out ok.
Never mind Catzee's comment. Actually I'm a little afraid of dogs, but Scooter looks like one nice pup.

It is so nice to see the two dogs get on so well. They have one thing in common, the spot above the eyes.

Deana, Winter is an extremely hyper-active dog that cant sit still and is extremely aggressive against other dogs. Otherwise, she is just like any other dogs :)
Oh yeah, and she is extremely noisy too, always making the funniest sound.
That last picture almost looks like Winter is knighting Scooter. Or blessing him, maybe.
