I think the main problem is that there is always food around in the Spice Cats house. The Spice Cats are used to it. But Scarlett was only fed once or twice a day in her previous home. And being a stray before, she is used to fighting and finishing ALL the food you give her. Luckily, after 3 months, she finally settled down to a cute chubby size and no longer eat like there is no tomorrow.
Look at the tummy! Few have asked whether Scarlett is pregnant!
Scarlett : What???

Poor little thing does have a waist issue doesn't she? I feel her pain, my waist could loose some too. It is sad she was used to fighting for her food, poor baby. She is awfully young to put on that weight...wait until she hits her older years!
I hope she'll find a good owner. Last time my cat became soooo incredibly fat. I didn't know she was pregnant!
Scarlet dear reminded me of HeeChul, whose fat as ever, and no matter what we do, couldn't get her to slim down...
She did manage to let go some pounds... for about two weeks before she gained more back... haih...
