This is the matted fur I managed to cut off from Sesame. It took me 1 whole hour and a lot of treats.
What? Its not my fault that my fur has grown back after the Lion Cut last year! Its mummy's fault for going away!

Wow, that's a lot of fur! We are glad we don't have to worry about fur getting matted!
Gosh! You won't have to worry about not having enough fur to stuff up a pillow. Do they normally lose so much hair?

Hi, Spice Cats! ::paws waving:: We get brushed everyday. We hate to think what Grayson would look like if he didn't get brushed quite often! Probably much like that ;-)
Geez, you could knit some sweaters with all these hairs ! You are lucky to be able to do that, Kim gets hysterical and runs away. We had to bring her twice to the vet to get shaved and the knots cut out ! and we try to brush her every day.
They really do have alot of fur. None of mine are that thick. I'd love to have a Himalayan cat but my allergies just have such a tough time. Calista isn't as thick as your beauties.
Hello. This post is likeable, and your blog is very interesting, congratulations :-). I will add in my blogroll =). If possible gives a last there on my blog, it is about the TV de Plasma, I hope you enjoy. The address is http://tv-de-plasma.blogspot.com. A hug.
Oh my goodness what a lot of mats! I can just believe it took a lot of treats to get all that off! Yikes!
Wow, that is a serious pile of fur ;)
Whoa! That's a lot of furs! I do not think I have that many furs on my entire body.
Wow thats a lot of fur !
Luna has long fur too, but it is also for two weeks not implicated.
I brush her once the week. she is very easy care.
Amazing! All that fur came off of you, Sesame, an' you're not BALD!
DMM
Poor Sesame! I'm sorry you had to suffer through that! But you got the treats. And you must be a great kitty because my Mousie needs brushing every day but she bites!
Wow, that is a lot of fur you got there! Can your human make a blanket from all your fur?
How old is Sesame? When my long
haired cats get older they seem
to get more knots, because they
lose their fur oils and don't
groom as often. But also in Spring
they lose the undercoat and when
you groom there's alot of extra
hair coming out. It can be quite
a chore sometimes!
That is lots of fur indeed~!!!
I gonna ask my bean brush me again and again as well!
wowie kazowie ... dat'z allotta fur!
how many treetz wood u say dat fur cost?
harharhar!
luv--jh
Holy crap that is a ton of fur! Must feel better not to have to lug it around though.:)
I'm a short hair. I've always kind of envied kitties that could have lion cuts, tho. I’d like to tell you that I’ve written a scathingly funny book, The World Is Your Litter Box, which will be out May 6th. The book is cleverly disguised as a cute cat book so humans will buy it, but is, in fact, a how-to manual FOR cats. Check it out on my website, www.theworldisyourlitterbox.com.
Oh my Wow!!! That is a LOT of fur! We have short hair cats, so we never have to groom so much.
You know, I think if mom shaved me, there still wouldn't be anywhere near that much fur!
o my gawd! what a lump of furrrrr. thank goodness the mummy arrived after one week ya :)
I know it is after the fact, but there is a Removal Cream for Matted Pet Hair
No need to worry, if it happens again, there is a solution to your matted cats fur.
Please No more cutting or shaving!!
Matted fur happens to most dogs or cats. When you notice matted fur on your dog or cat, it’s very important to remove the matted fur as soon as possible. It can be very ugly, and very uncomfortable for your pet.
There are several factors which can cause matting, but the most common cause is lack of grooming. If your dog has long flowing hair, she may develop matted hair at some point. Some cats and dogs have 2 coats of fur which shed and need to be brushed out.
If you haven’t brushed your cat, dog or horse mane/tail for long periods of time-your pet will suffer the consequences. Pets are dependent on us to groom them regularly; or to take them to a groomer regularly.
The Take Down Removal Cream for Matted Pet Hair is specifically designed to remove all pet hair tangles-no matter the severity of your pet’s hair mats.
The most important thing to remember when de-matting your pet is bathing your pet before trying to remove the mats will make the matts worse.
This cream makes removing matts from your cat or dog easy, however it is not a speedy process, so be patient.

Have you considered the fact that this might work another way? I am wondering if anyone else has come across something
like this in the past? Let me know your thoughts...
