As I was busy with my last minute cleaning on CNY eve, I suddenly noticed that all the Spice Cats were gathering at the door. I went to check out the big attraction.
Oh, it was just the friendly neighborhood carpet cat that I often pat when she comes to the front porch of my house.
Not very often I get to snap photos of the Spice Cats sitting on one straight row like that, so here is one with flash!

LOL! Look at the kitties watching the door!
Wah, they line up in seniority as well?
Seniority? If its in terms of age, then Pepper is the eldest, followed by Ginger, Garlic and Sesame.
If its in terms of the time they arrive at my house, then its Ginger, Garlic, Pepper and Sesame.
Mmmm....maybe its in terms of size! Garlic is the largest of them all, for now....Haha...
Great photos! You are all doing a great job checking out the stranger.
Great shot! The Spice Cats are very good guardians of your house. AND they have beautiful furs.
I just walked through the cat blog world and found you, your cats are beautiful and this picture looks like an ad ! I wonder if you know my cat blog, I also have four cats one of them also long haired but completely black.
Maybe you would like to join CATS ON TUESDAY too ?
Just have a look on

oh pretty & such lovely tails
Oh, the babies. Were the growling, meowing, or just looking? My farm cat FREAKS when she sees another cat. My boys now never make it out the doors (even though they try) so they don't get to watch the street so easily. They mostly sit in the window and get afraid when a big truck rolls by.
hmm...should be the man in the house...then mummy cat...second female and baby cat.
Nothing like a stranger to unify the forces. Great pix!
LOL kitties watching the door!! So cute pics!!
See you!
What am CNY????? Cats' New Year? City of New York? Color Nuts Yellow? Can Not Yell? Calling No Yelps? Can't Notice Yummpers? Carrots Now Yucky?
blondie, the Spice Cats were just looking. They are not hostile towards stranger cats. They are a very friendly bunch.
catzee, CNY stands for Chinese New Year! But I love Cats' New Year too! From now, on every CNY will be Cat's New Year! Hehe...
That is such a terrific picture of all the Spice Cats at the door! Such beautiful colored fur on every one of them! We look out our door all the time but we've never seen a cat stranger just squirrels and birds and chipmunks.
